Muscle Masala High Protein Cookies are nutritionally complete meals-on-the-go, packed with some of nature's greatest superfoods. Made from scratch in Toronto, our cookies are inspired by fragrant Indian dessert spices such as cardamom, saffron, and cassia.
Muscle Masala cookies were developed by Canadian strength coach and food/fitness writer, Marshall Tully, as a fresh (and more exotic) alternative to commercially produced, highly processed meal replacement bars. Each Muscle Masala cookie contains 20 grams of top quality protein, 18 grams of heart-healthy fat, and 20 grams of high-fibre carbohydrate. Since launching our product line in the spring of 2011, Muscle Masala has quickly become a secret weapon for a wide range of clientele; from elite athletes that require premium fuel for training and competition, to time-strapped desk jockeys looking for a fast, nutritious alternative to the food court.
We source only the freshest premium ingredients for our cookies, and use organic products whenever possible. Our cookies contain no preservatives or artificial sweeteners, and we toast our signature spice masala blends in-house, in small batches. We currently offer two unique, mouthwatering flavours: Chocolate Cherry Cardamom, and Vanilla Fig Saffron.
