Ordering & Shipping FAQ

How often are cookies baked, and how are orders shipped?
We currently bake on Sundays, and send out orders on Monday mornings (for example, if you place an order through this website on a Thursday, your order will leave our office the following Monday). Orders within Toronto-proper are delivered by same-day rush courier to your office or home, and will arrive between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm on Mondays, unless other arrangements have been made. 

If I live outside of Toronto, can I still order your cookies?
Absolutely- we ship outside of Toronto all the time.  Delivery time within Canada is between 24 and 48 hours, and shipping is always free.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we do not, but we hope to be able to in the future.

Will I receive a discount if I purchase more than one box of cookies?
Yes. The price for the first box of cookies, including delivery, is $44. The price for two boxes (sent to the same address) is $40 each including delivery. The price for three or more boxes (sent to the same address) is $37.50 each including delivery. These discounts will be reflected in your total during the checkout process.

Can I have a box of cookies sent as a gift?
Of course. Simply enter the recipient's name and contact information in the Shipping Information section of the Checkout (step 3), and we'll take care of it. If you'd like to send a message to the recipient, just contact us once you've placed the order, and we can enclose a card with a personal note from you.

What methods of payment can I use on this site?
We accept all VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. Our secure server encrypts all submitted information. Just enter your credit card information during Checkout.

How do I use a Discount Code or Coupon Code?
Discount or coupon codes are redeemed at the start of the ordering process before your payment information has been entered. Simply enter your discount or coupon code in the discount section of the Shopping Cart, and when you're finished, move on to the Checkout section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order in Step 2 and will be reflected in your order summary. If you do not have a discount code, simply leave this field blank and proceed with your transaction.

I'm having trouble using the Checkout section of this site. What should I do?
Upon completion of the Checkout you will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please contact us and we'll help you out.

Do I need to be home to accept delivery of a package?
We do not require a signature to have a package delivered. Therefore, please consider that a package may be left in your mailbox or some other location if you're not home. If a delivery is made and the package goes missing after it's delivered, we cannot be held responsible and the full order price will still be charged. We encourage our customers to have packages delivered to their offices whenever possible.

Please note: Some condo buildings have policies whereby their concierge is unable to accept a package on your behalf if you're not home (especially packages containing food). If you're having an order delivered to your condo and you might not not be home to accept it, please check with your concierge in advance regarding their policy on this. We cannot be held responsible if a delivery is not accepted at a concierge desk, and if a package is refused, the full order price will still be charged.

A note regarding our artwork and packaging
Occasionally, we make changes to our artwork and packaging design, so the packaging of the cookies you receive may differ slightly from the designs shown on this website.
